1.  Timmur: It is a unique Himalayan herb. Pungent and spicy taste of Timmur improves digestion, stimulates immune system, boosts appetite & reduces inflammation.
2. Gandela (Kadi Patta): It is rich source of Vitamin A, calcium & folic acid, which helps in curing many ailments & has anti diabetic agents.
3. Jakhiya: It is a crunchy pahadi herb, ingredient to most Uttarakhandi dishes & is used for tempering all types of pahadi cuisine. Awed by nature, it is grown between crops or in multi cropping patterns.
4. Bhangjeera: These are tiny, greyish aromatic seeds, that are used as a spice and are also roasted and grinded to a paste, combined with garlic and green chillies to make delicious chutney
